Join us on August 8th for the Milk Miles 5K in Grand Rapids, a community-centered walk/run gathering supporting breastfeeding across Michigan.Milk Miles is a statewide virtual event hosted by Michigan Breastfeeding Network, with local in-person gatherings happening across Michigan - including this Grand Rapids community walk.
This event is for everyone - parents, babies, doulas, lactation supporters, providers, advocates, friends, family members, and anyone who believes families deserve care, support, and community.
Whether you walk, run, stroll with a baby, or simply gather with us afterward, you belong here.
After the walk, we’ll spend time in community with lunch, connection, resource tables, and opportunities to celebrate the work being done to support maternal and infant health across Michigan.
We encourage attendees to wear blue, black, or white for a community photo.
