Spark Of Resilience: Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy

This closed 6-week trauma-informed yoga therapy group, designed for adults who have experienced trauma, integrates gentle movement and therapeutic guidance. A certified mental health clinician and yoga instructor leads the program to support participants to overcome challenges and build resilience.

Currently, our practice accepts Aetna for group therapy services. Please note that depending on your plan, you may be responsible for a co-payment.

The total cost of this group series is $300 ($50 per session)
Participants may pay for group sessions online by invoice or use insurance for group sessions. ***Aetna PPO plans are currently accepted.
