Mystical Meditation + REIKI infused Sound Bath

Mushroom Tea Ceremony or herbal* ~ micro mushroom tea with cacao served ceremonially (double dose tickets available for those looking for a deeper connection). *Micro is optional, those with sensitivities will be served an herbal tea to join in on the ceremony.

Breathwork ~ 20 minutes of intentional breathing that will help balance your nervous system. Breathwork helps to move toxins, energy, and tension in the body.

Guided Meditation + Sound Journey + REIKI ~ 30 minutes of guided meditation with crystal bowl sound healing directed to your chakras. Feel completely realigned after this experience. Gautam will be infusing the entire room with reiki, additional 1:1 services can be provided by him.

We'll work with visualizations and connecting to our radiant self. After our journey we will integrate our experience, you'll leave with a renewed sense of self.

Who is Gautam?

Gautam, is a certified 200 hr yoga teacher, reiki ll master and has completed level 1 & 2 Intutive guidance through the Academy of Intuition Medicine. He has self-studied and taken an array of courses, certificate programs in Crystal Therapy, Astrology, Ayurveda, Vedanta and NLP. He has a deep understanding of energy systems and the inter-relationship between man and the Cosmos. Moreover, he continually harnesses the gifts of his INFJ - MBTI Personality, (the "pereceiver / advocate”) and gleans insights from his innate ability to read energy from the collective, within a room or during a reading.

His unique gift is his sense of knowing or "claircognizance", along with "clairsentience", the felt experience. His warm aura, depth of wisdom and perception allow him to guide and provide clarity on a variety of personal and professional area.
