Sow & Grow Saturdays + Wisdom Wednesdays are hands-on land-stewardship days that move you beyond consumption to cultivation.

You won’t just observe regenerative agriculture.
You’ll participate in it.

Depending on the season and the needs of the land, participants may engage in:

• Soil preparation and compost systems
• Planting and harvesting
• Food forest stewardship
• Chickens and integrated ecosystem care
• Herbal cultivation and processing
• Seed starting and seasonal growing practices
• Land restoration projects
• Applied workshops on regenerative food systems, herbalism, and stewardship

Every activity is connected to a larger cycle:

Land → Cultivation → Harvest → Transformation → Return
