2026 Clean Mobility Forum
About this Event
The annual Clean Mobility Forum, hosted by the Clean Mobility Equity Alliance (CMEA) team, will be held from Wednesday, September 30, to Thursday, October 1, 2026, at the Tsakopoulos Library Galleria in Sacramento, CA.
This year, the Clean Mobility Forum, funded by the California Air Resources Board and the California Energy Commission, will be a two-day hybrid event focused on shared mobility and equitable clean transportation. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with diverse groups and share stories, challenges, successes, and lessons learned through workshops, panel discussions, networking breaks, and more.
Our past Forum attendees have included clean mobility project awardees, state representatives, mobility operators, community-based organizations, nonprofits, tribes, and other stakeholders in the clean transportation field.

Programming
There will be one day and a half of programming this year.
- Wednesday, September 30, from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Thursday, October 1, from 9 am to 12:30 pm

Financial Assistance
If you need financial assistance for lodging and travel be sure to apply for a travel scholarship, by Friday, July 24, 2026. Scholarship recipients will be notified of their award in August.

Registration

No-fee registration is available to CMEA members. If you are a CMEA member, please email us at [email protected] to receive a registration promo access code.
Discounted, early-bird registration will be available for nonprofits, government agencies, nonprofit mobility providers, tribes, or private entities.
Virtual participation will only be available for a selected number of sessions.
Early-Bird registration ends Wednesday, July 29, 2026.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
- Refunds for early-bird purchases must be submitted by 5:00 pm PT on September 2.
- All purchases for general rates are final, no cancellation and refunds.
- Eventbrite fees will not be able to be refunded.

Book Your Room
A hotel block is reserved for attendees at the AC Hotel in downtown Sacramento from Tuesday, September 29, through Thursday, October 1, 2026.
The AC Hotel is close to the Sacramento International Airport and a short walk to the Forum venue.
The deadline to book your rooms for a discounted rate of $325 is Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Please book your rooms as soon as possible, as space is limited!

We will do our best to try to accommodate language interpretation and translation needs. You must request language interpretation services from us at least 30 calendar days before the event date.
