The City of Southport, in collaboration with Up Your Arts and Cape Fear Radio, is excited to announce the return of the Southport Concert Series for the 2026 season. This year’s series promises an outstanding lineup of musical performances, bringing the community together in the beautiful setting of Franklin Square Park.The 2026 series takes place on Thursday evenings from 6 PM to 8 PM, running from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting. Please note there will be no event during the week of the NC 4th of July Festival. The concerts are free and open to the public, welcoming attendees of all ages. Guests are encouraged to bring picnic blankets, chairs, and dancing shoes.
The Southport Concert Series is made possible through the generous support of sponsors and community partners who are committed to promoting arts and culture in Southport. Their contributions create an atmosphere where music thrives, fostering a sense of community.
