Join us Saturday, June 20th at Studio on N Howe from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM for an intermediate photography workshop, Beyond the Basics: Creative Motion and Light.
We will cover ghost imagery, where we will create haunting ghost-like images using intentional motion, a long exposures, and creative lighting, exploring movement, transparency, and storytelling on camera.
We will also go over drink and water splash photography. You will learn to freeze the moment and capture stunning splash effects with drinks, ice, and water, learning timing, fast shutter techniques, and flash use.
What you will learn:
- Manual mode confidence
- Motion and shutter speed control
- Creative lighting techniques
- Long exposure and ghost effects
- Freeze motion and action shots
