Learn the art of sourdough in this hands-on class—and sample some fresh bread, too! Discover the health benefits of sourdough, how to care for a starter, how to mix, knead and shape dough, and instructions for how to bake at home. You’ll take home a dough ball, an organic starter with locally grown flour to feed it, and a recommended supply list. Please bring a small bowl and a tea towel to transport your dough. Recipes contain: wheat. Space is limited and registration is required.
$40 per person
