Hey Sourdough Fans (to be)
It's time to learn this satisfying and delicious art ready for the year ahead!
I'm delighted to be able to offer a Sourdough Demonstration at the Te Awanga Hall, Te Awanga, Wednesday, 9th September, 6pm.
This demonstration will take you through the whole process from the beginning to end with all the bits in between, including:
🍞 Why sourdough?
🍞Getting your starter going and starter care (starter included)
🍞Making your dough, including info about flours and gluten sensitivity
🍞Fermentation
🍞Dough turning
🍞Baking
🍞Storage of your bread and uses
🍞Recipe, sourdough schedule, and useful links resource to take home
Cups of tea & coffee, connection and much more!
Maria attended a demonstration and here’s what she said….
"I had wanted to try making sourdough for a while but had always thought it looked too complicated. Charlotte’s class helped explain and simplify so many things. It was such a great morning and I would highly recommend this class for beginners. Lots of great tips! I am now hooked!" Thanks again Charlotte 🙂
