Ready to up your brunch game? Join us for a fun, hands-on Sourdough & Brunch Class where you'll learn the secrets to making perfect sourdough bread from scratch. We’ll mix, knead, and feed our starters while sharing tips and tricks, then order some delicious brunch dishes to enjoy together from the amazing kitchen at The Event Factory. Whether you’re a beginner or a bread pro, this hands-on class is all about good vibes and great food. Come hungry and leave with skills (and snacks) to impress! There will be a sourdough tasting that is included with your ticket - BRUNCH is seperate and is not included in your ticket price. Everyone will go home with active sourdough starter, informational packets with time stamps, "Plain Jane" sourdough recipe, and tools/supplies needed for a successful bread baking journey! There will be vendors to shop during our stretch and folds (aka rest periods). A giveaway raffle basket of goodied will conclude the class.
