Get ready for a fantastic day of fitness and community spirit at the 2026 KWAOR President's 5K! 🏃♀️This community event will bring together REALTORS, local businesses, and residents to promote wellness while raising funds in support of affordable housing initiatives through South County Habitat for Humanity and the RP4 Foundation. 🤝

Participants can choose to join the timed 5K run or opt for the non-competitive walk, complete with clearly designated start and finish areas, enthusiastic volunteer support, and thoughtful safety measures throughout the course. This is a family friendly event, and kids aged 10 and under can participate for free!
Every registration and sponsorship dollar fuels the charitable missions of our two beneficiary organizations, making every step taken truly meaningful.
Don’t forget to pick up your race bib on April 24th or on race day between 8:15 AM and 9:00 AM.
