Sourdough 101 (Back Again, By Popular Demand!)

Join us for a hands-on, group-based Workshop, where we will all create our very own Sourdough Starter and learn the ropes of Sourdough Baking Basics!
Each participant will be provided with the materials, supplies and guidance to begin their own Sourdough journey, and will bring home a Starter of their own to continue in their experiential learning! Additional reading materials and digital resources will also be provided to participants.
We will discuss the ins and outs of Sourdough, how it all works, what can go wrong, and learn about the various techniques for managing and maintaining one's Starter. We will get a chance to use up some Sourdough "discard" to make (and most importantly, enjoy eating) a tasty treat!
Participants are invited to stick around toward the end of our time together for some Q & A and discussion!
Lunch & Refreshments are provided.
