Wild Wine-Making Workshop

Join Jennifer Blender of Forest & Farm for an introduction to small-batch country wines inspired by gardens, wild harvests, and seasonal ingredients.
During this hands-on workshop, participants will learn about the basics of home wine-making, including ingredients, equipment, sanitation, fermentation, bottling, and flavour possibilities, including wild flowers and garden herbs.
This session is designed to help beginners feel comfortable getting started while also offering inspiration and ideas for those with previous experience.
Participants will leave with a mason jar of wine-to-be, practical knowledge, recipes, and a better understanding of the wine-making process from start to finish.
Lunch & Refreshments are provided.
Participants are invited to stick around for the last half-hour of our time together for some Q & A and discussion!
