Sound frequencies and vibration can effect the body and mind in many ways. Silence is golden if not rare! We all perceive sound in different ways. I will bring to you sounds of the flute, voice, shruti box, chimes and more. Drums and shakers will be used with the intention to help release any blocked energy. All delivered with loving intention to help encourage the body and minds own healing mechanisms.
Finish off with some sweet treats, fruit, hot and cold beverages.

Please arrive early to make your cosy nest. Yoga mat, blanket, pillow. Make sure your comfortable. Chairs available if you would like to sit. I have a couple of yoga mats and and blankets available if need be. 💜
