Soundbath & Somatics

We're excited to bring Soundbath & Somatics to Kiln, November 6, 2025 at 2:00 PM for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Open to the public, and free for Kiln members.

Feeling stressed, tense, or anxious? Having a hard time slowing down, focusing, quieting your thoughts, or resting?

Take a slice out of your day for a grounding Soundbath Meditation that will soothe the body and ease the mind. The sound bowls act as a giant tuning fork, helping each individual cell recalibrate to it's home resonance of 432hz to induce a state of peace and traquility.

Begin with somatic breathing practices to regulate the nervous system that you can take back to your desk and use any time. Then, ease in to a healing sound experience with subtle meditation guidance.

No experience (or mental work) necessary—simply existing in the healing frequency is enough. No preparation or special attire required, come as you are!
