Ready to leave the day's stresses behind and melt into pure relaxation? Join our Integrated Sound Healing event for a beautifully restorative experience!

In this 60-minute sound healing journey, you'll discover the incredible power of sound to guide you into deep relaxation and healing. We combine soothing vibrations with gentle energy clearing techniques, breathwork, and meditation to create a truly immersive and balancing experience. Afterward, we'll spend 15 minutes for grounding and community sharing, giving you a chance to gently re-enter the world and connect with others.

To ensure a serene and uninterrupted experience for everyone, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early. This gives you plenty of time to get settled in a quiet space and set your highest intention for the session. Just a friendly reminder, we can't permit entry once class begins. Please note, this event is non-refundable and non-transferable (all sales are final). First time students will sign a waiver at the studio.
