Rachel will use sounds and frequencies to enhance your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It involves the use of different tools and
instruments (i.e. singing bowls) to unblock chakras and promote a
healthy flow of energy. Vibrational sound healing works at the cellular level, activating the body's natural healing powers and inducing a deep meditative state.
The benefits of this meditative state has been widely researched .
Rachel’s aim is to help you find your own path to peace , and bathe in the feeling of total relaxation and connection to your soul.
