Home Instead - Over 60s Winter Wellbeing Event

We are delighted to invite you to our free Health & Wellbeing event, designed to provide information and advice for those over 60 to keep well this Winter.

Mold Rugby Club

4th October 10am - 2pm

You will have the opportunity to engage with a number of healthcare professionals and community organisations to gain valuable knowledge on how to stay healthy during the winter months (and the rest of the year!) as well as finding out about what activities and support is available to you in your local area.

Organisations attending include:

• Home Instead
• Age Cymru
• NEWCIS
• Alzheimer’s Society
• Can Cook
• NHS Services including Falls Prevention, Continence Team, Occupational Therapy
• Vision Support
• Mobility Services
• Professional legal advice including Power of Attorney and Wills.
• North Wales Fire Service
