Sound Waves: Somatic Release Sound Bath

Join us for a series focusing on somatic release and healing with sound. Somatic release can be used to process trauma or tension in the body, induce deep relaxation, and restore balance to the whole being. These techniques can be easily modified and are accessible for all - no prior experience necessary!

Enjoy 10 minutes of somatic release with certified practitioner Angelique Porter, followed by a 50 minute sound bath from Ryan Warner with eight quartz crystal bowls, steel tongue drum, flute and more.

Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow and whatever else makes you most comfortable and relaxed!
