Join us for a relaxing class designed to help you gently connect with your heart chakra through simple, mindful art exercises. No artistic experience is needed—just bring an open heart and a willingness to explore. Together, we'll use color, shape, and intention to create from a place of compassion, presence, and inner peace.

About Your Teacher: Erin Scaia is a certified mindful art and meditation teacher with a deep passion for combining creativity and mindfulness. Since 2017, Erin has been practicing mindfulness meditation and has dedicated herself to teaching others how to incorporate art-making as a form of meditation. She became a certified mindful art and meditation teacher in 2022 after completing Mindful Creative Muse's Mindful Art and Teacher Training, accredited by the International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance.

In addition to her mindfulness work, Erin is an intuitive reader, certified EFT Master Practitioner and has completed TrimatriTM Reiki Level 1.

Her unique approach helps individuals use art as a tool for fostering a deeper connection with themselves and promoting overall well-being. Erin's mission is to guide others on a creative journey that enhances mindfulness, inner peace, and personal growth.
