Soulful Drawing

Soulful Drawing is an intuitive art practice that invites you to connect with your inner wisdom through creative expression. In this class, you'll be guided through simple drawing exercises designed to help you quiet the mind, tune into your intuition, and give voice to the messages of your soul.

No drawing skills are required for this class. The quality of your drawings do not matter or affect your ability to gain insight from them. Even simple shapes and stick figures work.

This practice is a powerful pathway to clarity, guidance and wisdom from your own source of inner knowing. In fact, this is the method that opened up Erin's intuition and enabled her to channel messages for herself and others, leading her to become a professional intuitive today.

This class meets for 3 weeks on Mondays - August 11th, 18th and 25th.

Supplies needed (kid brands are fine):

• 8x10 or 9x12 sketchbook

• Drawing tools of your choice (crayons, markers, colored pencils, etc.)

• Pen or pencil

About Your Instructor: Erin Scaia is a certified mindful art and meditation teacher with a deep passion for combining creativity and mindfulness. Since 2017, Erin has been practicing mindfulness meditation and has dedicated herself to teaching others how to incorporate art-making as a form of meditation. She became a certified mindful art and meditation teacher in 2022 after completing Mindful Creative Muse's Mindful Art and Teacher Training, accredited by the International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance.

In addition to her mindfulness work, Erin is a professional intuitive reader, certified EFT Master Practitioner and has completed TrimatriTM Reiki Level 1.

Her unique approach helps individuals use art as a tool for fostering a deeper connection with themselves and promoting overall well-being. Erin's mission is to guide others on a creative journey that enhances mindfulness, inner peace, and personal growth.
