About the Event:

Settle into the beautiful sacred space bathed in scalar waves as Darcy flows the crystal frequencies through you, around you and carrying you on your healing journey. She uses the pineal, heart and root chakra bowls connecting heaven and earth into your heart.

Kait will be proving reiki, a gentle and nourishing technique treating body, mind and spirit. It is based on tuning and balancing the energy field around the body helping to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress and overall healing. Studies show that the bio-magnetic energy emanating from the Reiki Practitioner measures between 7-10 Hz. Kait will move from person to person incorporating this wonderful addition.

The scalar, sound and reiki is a powerful combination for mind, body and spirit!

Preparing for the Event:

• The sound bath and reiki will be an hour long, finishing with a cup of tea.
• Gemini Wellness Centre has 10 cozy beds with a blanket and pillow but you are welcome to bring you own if that is your preference.
• Wear comfortable clothes and dress in layers if you run cold. We have cool cement floors so cozy socks or slippers are a good idea.
• You are welcome to bring a sealable water bottle.
• Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to get settled (5pm), doors will close at 5:30.
• Keep in mind we are a scent free centre.

What is the EESystem?

When given the right environment, your body possesses the utmost intelligence to create optimal health. A salt bath is always recommended within 24 hrs following a session as a recharged cell now wants to discharge anything that doesn’t belong. The skin is the largest organ and getting in a warm bath opens the pores and the negatively charged salt acts like a magnet pulling the toxins out of the body. What’s ready to be cleared can come up, this can be mental/emotional as well as physical (toxins). The salt bath recipe is 2 cups of sea salt or Himalayan salt (not epsom), 2 cups of baking soda, 1 cup of borax.
