Join Sound Practitioner Krista Loetscher from By the Sound of It in the amazing SALT ROOM at West Valley Wellness Center for a SOUND MEDITATION to relax and restore mind, body, and spirit!
This combined sound and salt meditation session works together to uplift the mind, body, and spirit for increased overall wellness. Using variety of instruments, Krista will guide you through an immersive experience of rhythm, frequency, and vibration, supporting restoration of a more balanced energy flow in mind, body and spirit. The sounds and healing rhythms help create a profound sense of inner peace while enjoying the anti-inflamatory and cleansing effects of Halotherapy.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in and get settled in the salt room. Eye masks and blankets are available. Recline in zero-gravity chairs as Krista leads you in an opening rhythmic breathing exercise, allowing the pure, dry, micronized salt air particles to envelop you, both inside and out, helping clear sinuses, lungs and skin from allergens and bacteria. The sound journey continues with soothing sounds, frequencies and harmonies designed to help balance and restore mind, body and spirit.
Consider bringing water for before, during or afterwards.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Halotherapy/Salt Therapy is contraindicated in the following conditions: Fever, Tuberculosis, existence of cancer, acute state of respiratory attack, advanced pregnancy, severe heart disorders, contagious conditions.
