Release what's weighing on your mind—worries, fears, distractions. Some write them down, crumple them, and toss them into a symbolic "recycle basket." Others sit in silent contemplation while the group holds space for them in grace.

Through a guided meditation, we awaken inner energy, visualizing it rising from root to crown and flowing back down the spine. This opens energetic pathways and creates space for increased clarity, healing, and spiritual alignment.
