Enjoy the sounds of gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, alchemy quartz crystal singing bowls, bells, wave drums, chimes and more!
No yoga poses required, this is an awesome nap anyone can do. You'll rest on the ground. Dress comfortably, bring your favorite blanket and pillow if you like. Chairs are available if you prefer to sit upright.
