Sessions will be the 2nd Thursday of each month, evenings from 5:30- 6:30 , March 12 through December 10. Each class will be $30.00/class with the member discount being $20.00/classI am a trained sound meditation practitioner whose work incorporates acoustic and mindfulness-based approaches shown to support the body’s natural relaxation response, reduce stress, and help regulate the nervous system. With experience guiding both individual and group sessions, I create structured sound environments designed to promote deep rest, mental clarity, and an overall sense of balance. I am passionate about making evidence-supported practices approachable for all, offering participants a welcoming space to pause, breathe, and return to a clearer, calmer state of mind.
About session:
Participants will be guided through a restorative sound meditation featuring quartz crystal singing bowls.
These soothing frequencies promote:
• Deep relaxation and reduced anxiety
• Improved sleep and emotional balance
• Enhanced mental clarity and grounding
• A renewed sense of inner peace
Participants are encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or any items needed to remain cozy while lying down for the session.
For those with physical limitations, chairs will be available for comfortable seated participation.
