The Sound Meditation and Sound Healing is offered in the radiant aftermath of Winter Solstice, Christmas and New Year.
We are still embraced by the Sacred Season, a transformative time that flows from mid-December to the end of January. This is a precious opportunity to journey inward, even as the traditions of the season may invite us to look outward ❤

The sound meditations and healing ceremonies are kept simple and open to all. No need to have previous knowledge or training!
All that is required is to come with an open heart and mind, allowing the sounds of singing bowls, drums, and voice to guide you into a deeper state of balance.
It is, as always, a journey of self-discovery—unveiling who, or what, we truly are and finding our deepest truths within.
