The Sound Meditation and Sound Healing is offered in the radiant aftermath of Winter Solstice, Christmas and New Year.
We are still embraced by the Sacred Season, a transformative time that flows from mid-December to the end of January. This is a precious opportunity to journey inward, even as the traditions of the season may invite us to look outward ❤
Join us for the Sound Meditation and Healing ceremony, which takes place during the balsamic moon (third quarter).
This phase brings a rich and sacred moment to clear your inner field, allowing you to reflect on the intentions and wishes you've set forth over the past year. It's a beautiful time to recognize what no longer serves you and to release it in love.

Languages of light used in the sound meditations assists in activating your DNA. As even more light is coming to Earth and with all the pressure from both the outer & inner world it is essential for our wellbeing to activate positive emotional states through meditation, sacred sounds and harmonics bringing greater balance in our lives.
The sound meditations and healing ceremonies are kept simple and open to all. No need to have previous knowledge or training!
All that is required is to come with an open heart and mind, allowing the sounds of singing bowls, drums, and voice to guide you into a deeper state of balance.
It is, as always, a journey of self-discovery—unveiling who, or what, we truly are and finding our deepest truths within.
