Do you long for calmer ways of being together?Do you want to slow down and feel yourself from the inside?
Let your breath guide you into grounding and presence?
And experience how shared rhythm and vibration can soothe the body?
Welcome to Melt’n’Breathe.
We dive into slowness, presence, and the subtle vibration that is always with us. We explore how breath can guide us into a more regulated, open, and receptive state.
We will explore the ability to find calm not only within ourselves, but together with others. Instead of having to regulate alone, we practice leaning into the trust that other bodies, other breaths, can support our own nervous system. We explore the art of co-regulation.
We lean into the waves of our own breath — and feel the resonance of other breathing bodies around us. We explore what becomes possible when the nervous system is given permission to soften, release, and let go.
How the workshop unfolds:
We open the space in a circle, then land in our bodies through movement and gentle exercises and then we dive into the Melt'n'Breathe practice.
Come as you are — and let us melt, breathe, and feel together.
LIVE MUSIC
This workshop will be accompanied by live handpan tunes played by Victor Elias Johansen.
