Let’s support each other to get a better life.
Join us for a warm and empowering evening of connection, reflection, and sisterhood. During this Women’s Circle, we’ll gather in a safe and sacred space to share from the heart, practice breathwork and meditation, and explore our feminine energy together.
This circle will be dedicated to the different cycles of womanhood, including menstrual transitions and perimenopause and menopause, embracing every stage of our feminine journey with awareness and compassion.
There will also be an open conversation about hormones (led by homeopath Oana), offering gentle insights and holistic perspectives on how to support our bodies naturally. It’s a beautiful opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported by other women walking a similar path. No previous experience is needed, just bring your openness and presence.
