A Sound Journey with Gong, bowls, medicine drum, chimes and vars healing instruments. By creating a meditative and relaxing environment using our breath and intention, the body and mind are able to slow down which allows our whole-self to regenerate and integrate.Please bring a blanket to keep warm and something to lie on (yoga mat or similar), water to keep hydrated and anything else you feel will enhance your experience.
You will be lying down for the duration or sitting if you prefer.
The journey will last approx an hour and we will start on time at 7pm and so please ensure you arrive beforehand to get settled.
Free on-road parking on Shelley Road and Heene Road.
For your own wellbeing, there are certain conditions that may exclude you from attending a gong bath and these are:
- If you are taking heavy medication
- You are in the first trimester of your pregnancy
- You have a pacemaker or other metal implant
- You suffer from sound induced epilepsy

Cost/Exchange for this event is £15 - book your place/ ticket in advance below. Places are limited and so booking online ensures your attendance.
