Evening Schedule
🌿 19:00–19:30 | Cacao Ceremony & Intention Setting
Begin the evening with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao as we gather in circle, open our hearts, and set meaningful intentions for the lunar cycle ahead.
🎶 19:30–20:45 | Sound Healing Journey
Relax into a deeply restorative sound bath featuring Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi bells, vocals, and other sacred instruments. Let the healing frequencies guide you into a state of deep rest, clarity, and inner harmony.
🤍 20:45–21:00 | Closing Circle
We will gently return with grounding, reflection, and an opportunity to share and integrate the experience.
✨ No previous experience is needed—simply come as you are, wear comfortable clothing, and allow yourself to receive.
