Guided by Kershia Ramlall, Breathwork Facilitator and Trauma-Informed Counsellor, this deeply nourishing evening invites you to journey inward through breathwork, guided visualisation, reflection, and healing practices.
Having transformed her own autoimmune challenges from pain into power, Kershia is passionate about exploring the profound connection between emotional trauma and physical wellbeing. She creates nurturing spaces where women can reconnect with their intuition, awaken their inner magic, and cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves.
