Sound Immersion Beat Bath

Join Ben and Joan as they share their passion and talent for immersive sound experiences. Tibetan bowls and gongs produce varying sounds that invite deep relaxation, enhancing the ability to meditate and enter expanded states of consciousness. The sounds and vibrations facilitate a sense of well-being and inner harmony. Come prepared to be at ease, wearing comfortable clothing, and bring your cushion, yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or whatever provides comfort. Chairs will also be available. A Q&A session, a demonstration, and an opportunity to play the bowls and gongs will be offered at the end of the session.
