Come together and connect with this special Sound Immersion & Meditation journey with Angela Black, and end your weekend in the most relaxed way.A transformative experience with live music to find deep relaxation, calm and nourishment with Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, Medicine Drum, Chimes, Rain stick and many more.
Held in the beautiful Vital Beat studio in Perth Foothills of Midland, relax as you are guided on your journey of self-discovery. Starting with a guided meditation, Shamanic Drumming and Sound healing session.
Take the time for your self-care to unwind, relax, let go of daily stress and anxiety. Self-care isn't a luxury, it's a necessity, invest in yourself so you can show up better for yourself and those around you.
The session will run from 2.00pm to 3.30pm with a guided meditation, pranayama and the sound bath to wash over you, while you relax and destress. There is time at the end to integrate what you have experienced.
No prior meditation or sound experience required. The vibrational pull of the instruments will relax your body and mind, as brain frequencies are lowered to a theta healing state. Some benefits of Sound immersion provides a door to reduce stress and anxiety, improved sleep, increased energy levels, balance and clarity, a space to start the healing process and let go of what no longer serves you.
