Come on and share an evening of Sound and Cacao with Rachel and Julie. In this last Cacao Ceremony of the Year!
We will start off with the Cacao Ceremony with Rachel, followed by a meditation where Julie will then start to play her sound instruments to assist you to drift off in a peace full sound experience. After returning to your body you will have the opportunity to journal down your experience, then sharing if we have time.
What you will need to bring:
A cup or Mug
Pen, journal or notebook to write in afterwards.
yoga mat, pillow and blanket
Water
What to wear:
Comfortable clothing

My Sound Healing Journey - Julie Hoyland
It all began when a friend battling cancer sought alternative natural healing methods. A sound bath was suggested, a concept unfamiliar to us at the time. After reflection, we decided, "Let's give it a try!"
The experience turned out to be profound; with the Shamanic Drum, Tibetan & Crystal Singing Bowls, and a captivating song, that night resonated deeply within me. Feeling rejuvenated and serene, it seemed like a transformative moment, sparking a desire for more.
Frequent returns led me to realize, "I must delve deeper into these sound instruments." Over the next decade, I explored various sound baths to comprehend their profound impact on my mind, body, and spirit, leading me to acquire my own set of sound instruments.
Enthralled by this journey,
I pursued my qualifications with Sound Healing Academy Level 1 and Level 2 with great enthusiasm.
What Is Sound?
We can utilize sound, whether through instruments or our voices, to identify patterns in the natural sound energy emitted by a person. By analyzing these patterns, we can pinpoint any imbalances in the sound system, energy field, and biosound field. Through the power of sound vibrations, we can realign these imbalances, restoring and enhancing the body's innate healing capabilities.
