Come join me for a Sound Immersion and Gong Bath.
Allow the sounds of the Crystal Harp, Planetary Earth and Sun Gongs. and other sacred instruments wash over you, and through you. Sound Medicine for the Soul.
Please bring something very soft and comfortable to lie on, a blanket and a soft pillow for your head, and anything you need to be really relaxed and comfortable. Or even comfy portable chair if you would prefer not to be lying on the floor.
Light Refreshment available afterwards.
