"Sound Healing is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies, with the intention of bringing harmony and health by balancing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual being."This 45 minute class includes a restorative meditation and sound bath experience with crystal bowls and other sound healing instruments. This class is free, open to all, and pop-ins are welcome. Bring a blanket for comfort, yoga mats are provided.
NOTE: Enter on the NORTH side of the building off of Woodland Avenue. The parking lot is south of the Gateway Market parking lot.
