This guided healing experience begins with meditative breathwork to calm your nervous system and gently open the energetic pathways of the body. Once the breath has softened and grounded you, you’ll be immersed in a restorative sound bath with crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments—offering frequencies your body naturally resonates with for deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and emotional release.
Whether you’re seeking stillness, spiritual connection, or simply space to rest and reset, this journey will meet you with open arms.

Jessica Vicari is an energy healing guide, integration coach, breathwork and sound facilitator devoted to helping others reconnect with the wisdom of their body, the strength of their heart, and the magic of life itself. She weaves together breathwork, sound, energy healing, and coaching to create experiences that foster emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, and spiritual presence.
Her work honors both science and soul—rooted in her background in human anatomy and physiology, and deepened through years of study in energy medicine, consciousness, and the healing arts.
