Experience the power of sound and breath in this heart opening and grounding event.During the session, be immersed in the deep resonance of didjeridu, flutes, handpan, tribal percussive sounds and otherworldly vocals. The instruments are played in a specific way to help your body relax and release tension. The vibrations may also stimulate different areas of the brain and nervous system, helping to alleviate symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, and more. This sound healing may be an effective tool for improving sleep, reducing pain, and promoting overall well-being.
This sound journey is suitable for beginners wanting to experience sound therapy, as well for people interested to experience a unique sound immersion. It is intended to have a transformative effect, leaving you feeling a deep sense of peacefulness, connection and introspection.

WHEN: Friday 25 Oct 2024
TIME: Doors open 6:30pm. Event starts at 7:00pm sharp, concluding at 9:00pm.
Please arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to the start time. The doors will be locked to respect the space, therefore, late arrivals can not be accommodated. The finish time can vary slightly, so please allow up to 15 minutes overtime in case the session extends beyond the scheduled time.

- Early Release: $66 + bf
- Final Release: $77 + bf
Limited spaces available. Pre-booking essential. No need to print your ticket; just show your email, e-ticket from the app or ID. Note - due to high demand of these events no refunds are available, however, tickets can be transferred to another person.
WHAT TO BRING: Your own yoga mat to lay on (or something similar with extra thickness), blanket (to be cosy and warm), cushion (if you wish), and a water bottle. You may want to bring an eye mask to enhance the aural experience. Bring a note pad and pen if you feel inspired to journal any insights.
Note: Only eat light meals prior and stay well hydrated.

Christian Dimarco is a multi-instrumentalist and producing artist. He has been facilitating sound journeys for over a decade. Through an innate curiosity of music, he explored sound therapy using didjeridu, ethnic woodwinds, gong and overtone singing. Weaving together otherworldly sounds he developed an experiential sound journey to help the listener enter deeper states of awareness, inner wisdom, and empowerment to self-healing. His philosophy is to inspire peace and love through his music, knowing that music traverses all languages and connects to anyone who listens with a gentle heart.
