An aerial yoga experience combined with healing vibrations, guided hypnotherapy for a complete regeneration of your body, mind and heart.
Aerial yoga not only looks great, but it also has added benefits through its suspension designs, where you get to decompress your spine! And guess what we release by doing that?

After you have fun in the air, you get to relax in the hamocks while absorbing healing sounds , retraining your nervous system and mind through gentle guided hypnotherapy focused on healing the heart centre.

There are 3 differnet ticket types:
Yoga and Sound Healing (£33)
Sound healing in a hammock (£24) for those that wish to attend only sound healing.
Sound healing in a beanbag (£22) for those that wish to attend sound healing and prefer to stay "grounded".

Come and discover a new way of doing yoga! Our teacher Azahara is a qualified yoga teacher that has also trained in modern dance, aerial circus skills and pole dance and she has combined her knowledge in those disciplines to create a unique aerial yoga class for you!
Please note it is essential that students pay close attention to all verbal instructions and demonstrations from the teachers. Almost anyone can practise aerial yoga. But a few ailments will prevent somebody from attending aerial yoga.The class will also include techniques such as aerial inverts to allow safe and controlled spinal decompression. Aerial inverts are not safe for everyone. This activity is unsuitable for pregnant women and those who have recently undergone surgery. Please consult your physician before booking this class. Avoid aerial inverts if you have: High blood pressure Heart condition Back or leg fracture Osteoporosis Hernia Vertigo Bone weakness Recent head injury Cerebral sclerosis Propensity for fainting Artificial hips Carpal Tunnel syndrome Severe arthritis Sinusitis Head cold Migraine
Lenka Kopecka is a clinical hypnotherapist, NLP/EFT master practitioner, high performance coach and an athlete.
Having tested these methods on the track as a speed skater, as a result her female endurance speed team is a record holder in a 24 our race in Le Mans.
Coming from a long family line of healers she has trained with the best and most dedicated trainers/healers in the world.
She has dedicated over a decade to intensive studies of various healing and conventional therapy methods in order to achieve an integrative healing approach of physical/mental/emotional/spiritual aspects of one's being.
Our heart centre pays a fundamental role in our dream’s pursuit/alchemy of attraction and a manifestation. It holds a key to our emotional intelligence; sometimes there can be unprocessed patterns and experiences keeping us stagnant. Symptoms of this state can include: unexplained uncomfortable feelings, loss of motivation/drive, confusion about one’s passion, relationship related hurt, feeling of a broken heart, inability to move on.
Heart chakra is the most powerful energetic centre within our energy field, expect real shifts!
It is more important than ever to be intentional in this day and age, we will focus on a complete de-strestressing, cleansing and an intention setting.
Sound healing is a practice that uses harmonic vibrations to harmonise brainwaves: combining sound therapy with hypnotherapy and other healing modalities, we achieve distressing, a brain fog removal and a deeper meditative state.
Hypnotherapy is a completely safe method allowing a deeper connection within our selves elevating the effects of sound therapy.
