Sound Healing & Yoga Nidra with Alexa Rivera!
We will begin with a little movement and a few deep stretches and then it is off to the land of deep rest! Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is said to provide the restorative benefits of 4 hours of REM sleep in just 20 minutes! The soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls add an even deeper level of relaxation through auditory vibrations. Healing takes place at a deep level for our physical, energetic, mental, and emotional bodies during this 90 minute workshop.
