Soulful Yoga & Sound Bath

Start your week with a self care practice that will nourish your mind, body and spirit. Join Emmy and an OMazing Yoga community in Pompano Beach for a sweet + soulful gentle flow. Prepare for a multi-sensory experience focused on raising our frequency by combining movement, breath work, aromatherapy, sound healing and meditation.

Class will be held on the lawn. Covered area available in case of rain.

Parking: Valet parking $5 .

Please bring a yoga mat, and bolsetrs or blankets for the sound bath portion, and water.
