Katherine Navarro:

KATHERINE is a descendant of a Peruvian blood line. Mother of 2 beautiful chilfren she started her mindfulness practice through Yoga and meditation,
which allowed her to go deep within and peel off layers of conditioning and self-blockages to discover that self-acceptance, love, and joy are all within each of us.
Katherine discovered the food of the Gods, her ancestors sacred medicine, the heart opening Cacao, she has been learning her ancestral wisdom of the Sacred Cacao, Chuncho beans with modern energy healing techniques.
Knowing that Cacao elevates the spirit, with powerful healing properties for the well being of the human body, physical, emotional and spiritual body, that assist us into living in connection with our hearts and the Pachamama in natural organic frequency, drunk in communion and offered to Pachamama and the Gods as a symbol of gratitude and connection to the Universe.

Tammy is yogi master, a creator of a women drumming circle and the right arm of LeSound Temple where she offers her sound healing power thru her voice, drumming and crystal bowls, not to forget her hypnotic magical flute.
