Sound Healing 101 (Part 1 & 2)

Sound healing, a therapeutic practice singing bowls create vibrations that promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and balance the body's energy.

During this two-part class, Joseph Coffin will guide participants through the foundations of sound healing, offering a comprehensive introduction to both the theory and practice of this powerful modality. ✨

Students will explore how sound healing works on physical, emotional, and energetic levels, gaining an understanding of vibration, frequency, resonance, and their effects on the body and mind.

Price is $60 total for both classes.

We will meet at Oceanside Healing (1301 Palmetto Avenue, Ste B, Pacifica) on Wednesday, March 18th and Wednesday, March 25th at 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
