Exploring the ChakrasA Limited Series Workshop with Dawn Summer
The energy centers (chakras) express physiological and psychological–emotional functions or blockages.
These monthly workshops expand upon the work explored in our regular practice classes, with each session focusing on one chakra per month to support balance and activation for better functioning in the specific aspects of that energy center.
Through intentional movement, breath, and guided awareness, we will deepen into the qualities, imbalances, and healing potential of each cakra in a steady and progressive way.

Each workshop may be attended individually, though together they create a progressive and integrative experience.
