Sound Bath with Kittens

Join us for a unique and heart-centered sound healing experience shared alongside adoptable rescue kittens.

This event blends the calming frequencies of crystal singing bowls with the gentle, regulating presence of kittens! As you rest comfortably, you’ll be guided through breathwork and a meditative sound bath designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation.

Cats are known for their intuitive and soothing energy. Their natural purring vibrates within a frequency range often associated with calming and restorative effects. When paired with the tones of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments, this creates a space that supports both physical relaxation and emotional ease.

Throughout the session, kittens will be roaming freely around the space. You’re welcome to simply enjoy their company and if you feel a connection, all kittens present will be adoptable through Friends of Wake County Animal Center.

No prior experience with meditation or sound baths is necessary.

The sound bath will be 60 minutes. Stay after to hang and play with the kittens! Alcoholic and NA drinks will be available for purchase through HartwelL.

All proceeds will be donated to Friends of Wake County Animal Shelter
