This meditative session weaves together the recitation of seed mantras for each Chakra with the soothing sounds from crystal and metal singing bowls. The sacred sound of each mantra opens, balances and empowers its corresponding chakra to activate its unique vitality and potential. Expect deep relaxation for well-being and self exploration.
