90 minute immersion in an intuitive soundscape in the beautiful private studio sanctuary @the moonShala (Saskatoon, SK; Nutana neighbourhood).

With Gong and other sound techniques (crystal singing bowls, chimes, shruti box, Sanskrit mantra), it is said these artifacts produce the whole sounds of the Universe, and through this precise resonance heal wherever it is needed.

A "Sound Bath" invites you to rest your body and receive sounds & silences. Through feeling these vibrations, you are invited to experience deep states of stillness and connection.

Class is suitable for beginners and continuing students.

Yoga mat + blanket + eye pillow are provided & props arranged in a comfortable "yoga recliner" form that supports the body in comfort. You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own props (i.e. extra blanket, pillow) for your special comfort, and dress in warm layers for accommodating changes in body temperature.

*If you have any aversion to loud sounds, you may consider using ear plugs. Gong may be sung at high intensity/volume for a duration of the meditation.
