As you settle comfortably, the sounds and vibrations gently encourage the body and mind to slow down, offering space to release tension and reconnect with the present moment.

No experience with meditation is necessary. Whether you're seeking stress relief, a moment of stillness, or simply an opportunity to unwind, this session welcomes you exactly as you are.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or any other items that will help you feel warm and comfortable while lying or sitting during the experience. Dress in comfortable layers, and consider bringing an eye mask if you enjoy resting in darkness.
