Sound Bath with Brandy Lefsyk

Experience a restorative immersion in sound designed to encourage relaxation, reflection, and a sense of calm. Led by Brandy Lefsyk, this intimate sound bath uses resonant instruments to create a meditative listening experience.

Brandy Lefsyk is a healing arts practitioner, movement educator, and meditation teacher with more than two decades of experience. She specializes in sound baths, yoga, meditation, Reiki, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), drawing on a background in physical therapy and human movement to create restorative, accessible experiences. She has been teaching movement and meditation practices since 2004.
